1 Your Budget

Before you start looking, consider your budget, utility bills, rent, travelling expenses etc. Once you have a budget in mind we can match your criteria to find the right property for you.

2 Register your Interest

Call into our branch, telephone or email us to register. We will discuss your requirements and with our professional experience and knowledge find the property that suits you and your needs.

3 Consider a managed property

You can relax knowing your property is fully managed by Wellington Lettings. You will benefit from a property manager who will look after any property issues. It will be reassuring to know your property is fully compliance to all safety regulations including gas safety checks and electrical safety.

4 Viewings

It is always recommended to view a property as soon as possible to help secure your ideal home. Our Representative will accompany you to answer any questions that you may have.

5 Found the property

Once you have chosen a property you like we will notify the landlord. You may be required to show some evidence to confirm you are in a position to proceed.

6 Offer agreed

Reference checks will be carried out by an external company.

7 Completion

Completion is when references are satisfactory, agreements signed and monies collected. Once all cleared keys will be issued.

8 During the Tenancy

  • A tenant will be responsible for the following during the tenancy
  • Payment of rent on time
  • Payment of council tax
  • Payment of all utility bills
  • Advise us of any repairs
  • Keep the property secure at all times
  • Correct disposal of rubbish
  • Full responsibilities will be issued in the agreement
