4 Found the property

Once you have chosen a property you like, we will ask you to complete our online application form. When your information is received at our office, communication will be sent requesting payment of £99.00 for administration and a deposit payment of 250.00. This is held to cover damages, breakages and any other liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.

5 Contract Signing

We will then arrange a suitable time for all housemates to visit our office and sign the contract. We will also discuss your individual payment schedule, whether this be monthly or term by term to work alongside your student loan dates.

6 Guarantor Form

When you come to sign the contract, all house mates will be given a guarantor form. This must be completed by your nominated Guarantor and returned to our office within 14 days. The Guarantor agrees to cover all costs and any our liabilities under the terms of your tenancy agreement.
